I'm looking for a respectful, tidy flatmate to share my spacious two-bedroom flat in Tooting. This room will be available mid-Sept.

I am open to flexible days or Mon-Fri, and will adjust rent accordingly.

<10min walk from Tooting Broadway station (Northern line)
~5min walk from Tooting station (Thameslink)

Great location close to Tooting and Broadway Market. Lots of great food and shops at your doorstep.

You'll have:
- Spacious furnished double bedroom
- Your own private bathroom (not shared) and separate from your room

- Big, bright kitchen (no dishwasher)

- Street parking, but you may want a pass depending when you leave your car

About me: American in the UK for 9 years. I am hybrid worker, so go to office once a week.
I tend to stay active doing aerial acrobatics and travel often. I don't drink but enjoy dinners and walks, and home is where I recharge.
I also have 2 rabbits that stay in a separate room, but get supervised running time in the living room, as well.
