The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer & drinks fridge.
Great location just off Mitcham Road, SW17 ~5min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and 10min walk from Tooting station (Thameslink). Shops, restaurants, pubs and gyms very close.
£985 pppm excl. bills. All bills approx. £100 pppm total. Council Tax band D.
