Rent: £1,050 (no increases for the next year)

Room: A cosy double with all the furniture included, plus your own family size bathroom with a bathtub.
WFH: Fitting a desk in the bedroom would be a squeeze, but my flatmate has hers in the kitchen (desk in photos is my flatmate’s and will be going so you’d need to bring your own)
The building is modern, has a cute shared garden, and is opposite The Gym Group. 7‑minute walk to the tube, so ideal for commuting.
About me:
I’m 28, work for a bank in the City, and I’m in the office three days a week. Looking for a girl in her mid‑late 20s or early 30s who’s friendly, tidy and easygoing. In my spare time I love trying new restaurants, bars, hanging out with friends and travelling.
Viewings are easiest on Mondays or Sundays, but I can flex.
