Room to rent 5 mins from Tooting Broadway station

Hey! I’m moving out of my room in Tooting and looking for someone who’d like a longer-term spot (around a year) in a shared house with 4 others. I’ll be fully moved out by 24th August, so the room will be available from then 😊
The housemates are between 28–30, and one housemate has a cat who would be living with you too 🐱
The house is at the end of a quiet road, right next to the hospital, and only 5–10 mins from Tooting Broadway — super convenient but still peaceful. It’s an especially great location for healthcare professionals working at St George’s.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, and rent is £850 pcm excluding bills.
