Rent is £770 per month + £100ish in bills. There is a great garden for summer hangouts. The bed and chest of drawers come with the room. I will be selling my TV, bookshelf and bedside table/lamp if you’re needing furniture.

📍5 minute walk to Lidl, 10 minutes to Tesco and Sainsburys
You’ll be living with 3 other girls (30-32 y/o). We’re all good friends and enjoy cooking, movie nights, exercising, dancing and wine🍷 We’re looking for a sociable girl for more of the same who can join us in keeping the house cosy and tidy!
