📍 Location: The house is ideally located within easy walking distance of both Tooting Station and Tooting Broadway Underground Station, making it really convenient for getting around London. There are also plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby.

We’re looking for someone aged 20–30 who is friendly, clean, respectful and sociable. The house is currently home to Amanda, Sophie and Jake. We’re a friendly and sociable bunch who enjoy having a drink together and socialising, but equally respect each other’s privacy and personal space.
