Current flatmate is moving out so looking to replace her.
Rent is £895, with some bills included (council tax & water). Additional monthly costs:
* Bills (gas, electric, internet, etc.): £78.4
* Common space cleaning fee: £39.80/month (covers fortnightly cleans for the month pp - can discuss)

Please note: there’s a clean-as-you-go policy in the kitchen and bathroom — this is really important! The cleaning fee covers a fortnightly deep clean of shared spaces (split by 2), which keeps things fair and the house properly maintained since it’s large.
About the house:
It’s a 3 bedroom end of terrace house, 7 min walk from Tooting Thameslink Station and 15 min walk to Tooting Broadway. Lidl & Tesco at bottom on the road and Sainsbury’s/plenty of shops and cafes near Tooting Broadway.

You’ll be sharing with one Consultant (25), so ideally looking for someone around a similar age, female preferred.
The house has a really relaxed, easygoing vibe, definitely not a party house. Looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and mindful of shared spaces.
There’s also a spacious back garden, which is great to enjoy when the sun’s out.

About the room:
It has plenty of storage and comes partly furnished — bed and mirror included, with a white side table also available if needed. (Space for a desk!)
Looking to do viewings asap. Move in date to be first week of September (negotiable!
