Loft conversion with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe

I’m moving out of London for two months and am looking to sublet my room between 23rd September - 28th November.

The house is only a five minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station with big Sainsbury’s, M&S Food, and Tooting Market all within five minutes too, as well as great pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.

The room has a king-sized bed, en-suite with toilet and shower, walk-in wardrobe, a desk (with screen, keyboard and mouse) for anyone working remotely, and a large chest of drawers.

The house has been beautifully maintained and we’re looking for someone who will be respectful and tidy whilst staying here. The main area is the lovely open-plan kitchen and lounge area - most evenings we will be sat together talking / watching TV / cooking.

We also have a patio and garden, with a bbq and outdoor seating.

There are three other males living in the property but we have no preference on gender.

The housemates are Alex (29), Ed (29), and James (27). Genuinely a really lovely atmosphere in the house and everyone is sociable and friendly.

All bills are included in the price (including household items such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, laundry pods, etc).

Due to there being no deposit, I will require payment to be made up front each month.

More than happy to accommodate viewings and would need you to meet with my housemates, as ultimately it’s their choice who will get this room.
