Large bedroom and semi private bathroom

Looking for someone to take my room in Tooting Broadway from the 19th of September.

The room:
It is a Double bedroom with plenty of storage. There is also a large semi private bedroom which is rarely used by the other flatmates which honestly is the cherry on top of this fabulous place. The flat also has a great kitchen as well as a fabulous patio. Which is amazing for only 750 a month! Bills usually come to 100 a month give or take.

The location:
The Flat is located a 3 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station which has easy access to the Northern line. Additionally there is a bus stop right in front of the flat. You are also within walking distance to heaps of fabulous cafes and restaurants as well as a Sainsbury, Lidl and Tesco right at your fingertips.

The flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with Rosa and Sean (both 26). Both work in the creative industries.

You:
23-28 years old
Employed full time (no students for council tax/ Wandsworth band C)
Able to provide references to the Landlords
No couples or Pets
No smokers
Must be able to move in and start paying rent by the 19th of February (subject to checks by landlords).
