Double En-suite in Tooting Broadway!

Hey! We are looking for a 4th flatmate to an en-suite in a modern penthouse flat just minutes away from Tooting Broadway. The room is available on Sep 29th and we’re planning to do viewings on the first two weeks of September so please let us know if you’d be a good fit! :)

- Lovely modern flat with a combined kitchen & living room lounge, two massive balconies to enjoy the sun.
- Nice and relaxed housemates – we are adults who are friendly, fun and respectful and like to keep the flat as a relaxed space that truly feels like a home for everyone. You can do hybrid WFH, have guests over and we keep the place clean but no stress if someone leaves a dirty mug in the kitchen – that’s the vibe we’re looking for!

THE FLAT and COSTS 🛋️💸

The bedroom is modern, UNFURNISHED, and easily fits a double bed, a desk, and any extra storage you may need. It comes with a large build-in wardrobe.

The rest of the flat is furnished. The shared space is great, combined kitchen and living room with a good amount of natural light and an A/C unit for summer. We have modern kitchen appliances, enough storage and even a wine fridge!

The flat has two balconies so you can catch some sunlight throughout the day. The other balcony is massive so a lot of space for any furniture or activities.

The building is a safe and modern purpose-built apartment building and we’re on the top floor with a lift. There’s a car park available for bike storage and cars (additional costs for cars).

Rent for en-suite is £1,045/month without bills. We share the bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water, internet) and they come around £100-£125. The deposit is £865 and the agency requires you to pass a reference check from both an employer and a previous landlord.

The room will be available from Sep 29th onwards or a bit earlier!

THE FLATMATES and WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR👩🏼👩🏻👨🏻

We are Reija, Eloise and T– 32-40 years old, we met in the flat last year, became friends, and are now looking for a 4th person to join the flat. We are all professionals and doing hybrid work. We lead the usual busy London lives with friends and travels, but we also like to catch-up together in the evenings, update the latest and occasionally go out for lunch, pints or a proper night out.

We don’t have specific rules in the flat as we’d like to think we’re all genuine and nice people. You can WFH in a hybrid setting and friends can stay over. We socialize and our doors are open for each other, but we of course understand that everyone needs their own privacy and downtime so there’s absolutely no pressure to socialize if you’re not feeling it!

Reija, originally from Finland, works for a tech company. She likes travelling, festivals, hiking and sailing, reading, and enjoying London with friends, whether that’s exploring a new neighbourhood on a walking tour or going out for dancing.

Eloise, from Dublin. During the week she is either in evening uni classes or at the gym! She enjoys getting out and about on weekends and enjoying all London nightlife has to offer. Always up for dinner or drinks!

T, plant dad of the house! likes going out on the weekends, always up for a chat!

We are looking for a professional 30-40 year old flatmate. Someone who is friendly, down to earth, and overall normal and nice person! We hope you’d like to participate to the life in the flat, become friends and occasionally do some stuff together :)
