You’ll be living with 3 girls, Molly (26) Delia (24) and Evie (24). We are quite a social house so ideally someone who wants to be friends with their housemates.
We are looking for someone age 24-28 ideally. The house is 10 mins walk from Tooting Broadway station and right outside a bus stop which gets you there in 5 mins. We are also very close to Earlsfield station. We need someone ideally asap but can be flexible.
Rent is £744 a month and roughly with 110 in council tax and bills etc.
