Cosy Double En-Suite Room in Tooting

Beautiful, cosy double room with a private en-suite available in a spacious three-bedroom maisonette in Tooting.

The bedroom is a really lovely size with a double bed, plenty of natural light and its own private en-suite bathroom. One of my favourite features is the cute fireplace, which gives the room so much character and makes it feel particularly warm and cosy. There is also plenty of storage and the room is already furnished with a double bed, drawers and a desk making it ideal if you occasionally study or work from home.

The flat itself is a large three-bedroom maisonette arranged over two floors, so it feels much more like a home than a typical London flat. There is a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, which is perfect for cooking, eating together or relaxing.

There is also a private garden, which can be accessed via the outdoor fire-escape-style stairs — they give the place a little bit of a New York apartment feel, which is such a cute feature! There is also plenty of storage throughout the property and a private entrance.

One of the nicest things about the layout is the amount of privacy everyone has. Your room has its own private en-suite, while the other two bedrooms have their own separate bathroom, so you won’t be sharing your bathroom with the rest of the house.

You would be living with two lovely girls (age 22 and 25) who are 2nd year medical students, so we are looking for another female tenant to take over my room. If you’re a medical student at St George’s, this could be a particularly perfect home for you, but you absolutely don’t have to be a medical student!

We’re mainly looking for someone friendly, clean, considerate and loves to boogie, grab a coffee, is great at pub quizzes but also loves a cozy night in, painting evenings and movie nights!!

The property is in Tooting (SW17) and is conveniently located for Tooting Broadway Underground station, with easy access into central London. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and amenities nearby.

The atmosphere in the house is friendly and relaxed, with lovely communal areas when you want to socialise while still having plenty of your own space and privacy.

I’m genuinely sad to be leaving because it really is such a beautiful, cosy and homely flat. Having your own en-suite, a spacious double bedroom, a big shared living space and a garden makes it a really lovely place to call home. 💛
