Served with a variety of form of transport such as;
2 mins walking from the bus stop,
6 mins walking from Tooting Rail Station,
7-10 mins, if you prefer, walking to Tooting Broadway Station or you can use the one of the 6 buses for 2 stops.
Friendly and respectful person and Plants lovers' are welcome. We try to create cozy and hygge concept, quite and social environment.
We would like to have someone that is not only looking for a bedroom but that wants to live in a house. Also that take pride of cleaning after yourself and, respect the others space regarding noise and smoking.
We share the cost of a cleaning and hygienic products.
Although we are not accepting pets, we are pet friendly house, having visits from family and friends' pets.
