Double room in fantastic house in Tooting Broadway

I'm moving on from Brightwell Crescent to move in with my boyfriend which means there is a double bedroom to rent in a fantastic shared house just minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. Sharing with three awesome housemates, the house has a large kitchen/diner, separate living room and garden with plenty of room to sit out and bbq! We are looking for someone laid back, easy going and sociable who might be up for a glass of wine or a trip to the pub.

Bills are not included but normally come to about £85 pcm including broadband and a cleaner every two weeks.
