Single room available in Tooting Broadway

This advert is for a single room in a friendly house-share with three other people - two females (32 and 34) and one male (46). There is a small double-bed in the room. We are all professionals and would ideally like another professional to move in. We are all fun and sociable and cook with each other, etc but we also respect each others privacy as well. The house is located right next to St Georges Hospital and is 5-7 mins from Tooting Broadway Northern Line Underground Station. There is also an overground station and loads of bus routes and shops and pubs near here. The landlord will want a months rent (£535) and the deposit (£600) up front. The bills are generally around £110-140 per month. We have Sky TV, Broadband, Wifi, a small garden, Washing Machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, etc. Any questions, just ask.
