Bright Spacious Double Room, Tooting Broadway

We are looking for someone to rent the double room we have upstairs in our lovely house.
The room will be available from the 27th of October. It is a nice bedroom, with lots of light, spacious, with a king size bed, bed side table, chest of drawers & hanging mirror.
The house has a nice cosy living room, big kitchen with direct access to the garden, which is amazing for summer BBQ´s!
We are in our early thirties, all professionals, some working from home, and one of us have just graduated form her BA...missing already being a student! Oh! and we have a friendly poodle called Frazzle staying over on Wednesdays!
The area is beautiful with plenty of amenities, such as Tooting lido & the athletic tracks (walking distance), Tooting Bec Common is 15 minutes away by walking. There is plenty of gyms, independent coffee shops (Juliet's, Mud, Cut the Mustard...) and nice restaurants (Banana Leaf, Rosas´s Thai, Koi Ramen...).
Big supermarkets, Lidl, Sainsbusy's & Aldi. Also Tesco Express is around the corner (opens till 11pm), Iceland, Boots, Superdrugs, and few banks (Barclays, Lloyds, Santander...).
Primark, TKMax, JD, etc and plenty of charities (ageuk, oasis, oxfam and more.
Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line) & Tooting train station are both 10 minutes away walking.
Buses to central London 24hrs (155), to Brixton(355), to Victoria (44), Clapham, Wimbledon....
National Express stop to Gatwick airport just 10 minutes away by bus (Mitcham) & train to Luton airport from Tooting station.
The landlord is really nice and always super helpful every time we need to fix something.
We are looking for someone who is settled, who likes to enjoy a movie and who loves a nice day sitting in the garden drinking something tasty! A fan of spontaneous hangouts but also someone who appreciates the importance of personal space and downtime, where you can recharge and pursue your individual interests :)
Saturdays and Sundays would be suitable days for arranging a viewing.
Bills (including internet, gas & electricity, water & council tax ) are around 100GBP per person (that's the maximum we have paid).
