The rest of the house includes a large comfy living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms.
On street parking is available through permit.
The house currently has 2 other housemates.
You would be sharing a bathroom upstairs with one of them.
We are super relaxed, social but also like to do our own thing and relax in our rooms after a busy day at work. We are clean and tidy and respectful of each other and expect the same from our housemates.
The whole flat has had a recent renovation (new roof, windows, carpets, bathroom renovations and coat of paint so nice and new to move into.
Landlord requires only full time workers.
Room is available from the beginning of April for a move in date between then and 10th April Short lets will be considered
