Double bedroom, separate study to WFH (shared with Tim as I never WFH)
Its 5 minute walk to Tooting Mainline (Blackfriars / City / Farringdon in 27 mins)
Northern line 12 minute walk.
The house has a garden great for BBQ's, open plan lounge and kitchen area which opens into the garden.
Kitchen has all the mod cons, amazing barrista coffee set up, air fryer, rice cooker etc.

Only other bills are the energy bill split 3 ways (usually £30 each) and the fortnightly cleaner, £11 each.
Tim is 35, Caitlyn is 26. Both spend loads of time at thier partners for the house is free loads of the time.
