A beautifully clean furnished double room with shelves, large desk, mirrors and wardrobe etc is offered in a garden flat, overlooking the river Lee. There is no noise at night. Its very peaceful and quiet. You share with one other person and her gentle obedient German Shepherd DOG.

I am the live in landlady looking for a professional or a post grad for the room, someone who likes a quiet organised life. This is a HOME with a room to rent for ONE person. Short lets preferred.

All the fixtures and fittings are of a good quality, kitchen, bathroom etc.

There are 2 bedrooms in total in the flat and one office.

There is an eat-in kitchen which opens into the garden (see pic) these provide the social spaces. I use the living room for work.

I work at home during the day in an arts related profesion. I am studious, humorous friendly yet respectful of your privacy.

There are lovely walks along the river and nearby parks and transport into town on the Victoria line and rail is GREAT. The tube is a 10 mins walk away. Kings Cross is 4 stops away. Liverpool St is one stop on overland (also night buses to/from the West End) There is a new gym opened nearby. Shopping is great.

There is have fast broadband, all you need for the kitchen. and a TV licence.
