Now, the fun stuff:

First of all, there’s an actually nice living room you'd actually want to spend time in, your room is bigger than most, the move-in date is flexible, and the landlords are genuinely nice people who care about their house - happy days!

Your room’s a really big double (3.5m x 3.5m, 12.25 Sq Meters) and semi-furnished. It comes with a wardrobe and a couple of other bits which you’re welcome to use or not depending on your fancy.

Bruce Grove Station on the overground is 10 min walking distance or Seven Sisters (Victoria Line) & Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly) are 15 minutes away by bus - not a problem if you’re a cyclist and there is plenty of space in the flat for bike storage.

You’re also a 15-minute bus ride away from three awesome breweries (Beavertown, Pressure Drop, and Redemption) down in Tottenham Hale if you like a good beer.

A little about me:

I'm a freelance photographer and photographic assistant. I love hiking, cycling, visiting exhibitions, doing a bit of rock climbing, and taking long bubble baths singing along to Whitney Houston's I'm every woman. (What do you mean that's unusual?!). I don't take myself too seriously (clearly) - just an easy going guy looking for someone similar. I’ve been in this rental for 7 years now, crazy for London. The Landlords are just that nice (also crazy for London!). Being freelance you can find me working from home or the local coffee shop when I'm not working out-of-town.

A little about you:

Easy going and up for a laugh. Reliable with the rent, and clean/tidy. Any age or background is fine - I’m sure we’ll have similarities.
