After two years, our lovely flatmate is planning to move out during January 2026 so we are looking for new flatmate(s) to move in from the 20th January.

The very large room has a lovely king sized bed with storage space underneath, large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, small chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, bureau and chairs with own private door directly opening onto a private south facing balcony with garden furniture and recently renewed decking.

The flat is a modern rebuild (from 2013) of a 1930’s Art Deco style building to the original spec with modern interiors, covering a generous 80 square metres making for a very spacious comfortable living environment. High spec furniture and fittings throughout including dishwasher, washer/dryer, high speed broadband, fridge freezer and electric oven with gas hob. The kitchen has recently been upgraded with additional storage space.

Our apartment building is situated close to Bruce Grove train station (7 mins walk), one stop away from Seven Sisters tube, the apartment has bus stops right outside with excellent transport links to the city and neighbouring areas. Bruce Castle Park is 5 minute walk away with its open green space, local museum, tennis courts and cafe. Tottenham is a great place to live with the friendliest folk in London. Our neighbours are friendly, helpful and respectful.

You will share a bathroom and large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 2 guys (partners). We also have an affectionate funny young ginger tomcat called Nene living with us.

We are both vegan and prefer that you are either vegan or vegetarian. We are both clean and tidy (but not obsessively so), respectful and upfront, preferring to deal with things directly and set clear expectations from the start.

We love watching movies and box sets, we have a tv license, subscription to Netflix, Amazon prime and MUBI. We also love music, one of us is a part time DJ, you’re welcome to try your hand on our decks if you’re careful with the vinyl!

Sociable, fun loving and easygoing, love hosting dinner parties and equally love quiet time, reading, listening to music or chilling with a good film or series. Both interested in meditation, yoga and healthy eating. Looking forward to sharing our beautiful home with our new flatmate(s)!

Rent includes all shared utilities is based on one person renting the room. The rent for two people sharing is £1000 per month including bills. Our council tax is band D. This is included in the rent.
