I have a spacious, bright room in a maisonette in Tottenham N17 available from now for a female lodger. The room features a double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, a desk, a chair, and a bookshelf.

I am a primary school teacher who is the live in landlord. I also have a adolescent cat who is very playful and curious!

I'm really easy going and sociable. I am working a little from home teaching online as well as face to face appointments.

I now have my spare room in my ground floor flat (covers 2 floors) available in Tottenham N.17 - with great connections, buses 2 mins away, tube 20 mins away and overhead 5 mins away.

I am looking for a female lodger that is easy going and a person that tidies up after themselves. This is comfortable and cosy place to live. I have a private porch for potted plants (and a bike if you are a cyclist).

Rent is £625 with all bills including council tax per month.
