Vegetarian wanted for medium sized room

One double room is available for a single person in this friendly house from Mid February for vegetarian or similar. The rental contract is ideally starting in mid February, but we can be a bit flexible on that.

A spacious newly renovated, fully furnished sunny double room with bay windows £475 pcm plus share of utility bills. The room has lots of storage space and is at the back of the house facing the garden.

The house has Broadband Wi-Fi, two fridges, a washing machine, gas central heating, double glazing, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one one per floor) each with a toilet. At the back a sunny garden with a fig tree, and a workshop.

We have just completed a refurbishment and loft extension and renewed the family bathroom too.
There is a Post Office, two pharmacies and a good size Turkish supermarket with fresh veg etc by the Great Cambridge Rd bus stops as well as other shops five minutes walk away.

A large L-shaped shared kitchen has two fridge, a washing machine, microwave, washing up machine, and has sun in the mornings. A back garden with a fig tree, bay tree, with a clothes line and a patio. Cyclists are welcome - there is indoor storage for bikes as well as a garden shed for bikes that are not used so often.

The large living room has an upright piano, an office area, and a TV area.
There is CPZ parking outside the house. Free parking about two mins walk.
A choice of 4 buses take you to either Wood Green and Turnpike Lane to the Piccadilly Line in 10 mins. A short bus ride to White Hart Lane and a bit more Northumberland Park rail station too.

In this household we are mainly vegetarian but we we eat fish occasionally. We are looking for people with similar eating habits and outlook to share the house with (Vegans, Pescatarians, Vegetarians welcome). Sorry no meat in the house.

We are currently two musicians and a writer/actor. We are listeners to world music and jazz, radio 3 & 4 in general. We enjoy having people live in our house. We share meals sometimes but mainly cook for ourselves and have people over to play music very occasionally.
