En Suite Double Bedroom

There is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room available in a four-bedroom house. Rent is £442.5 per month and all bills come to £87.73 per person. Bills are fixed.

Viewings are available either via video chat or in person.

I'm moving so I can be closer to work. We're a pretty relaxed house with a balance between being independent and having chats in the kitchen/living room, usually when making dinner.

The rooms are furnished with a bed, mattress, and wardrobes. Photos of with previous occupant’s belongings are for scale. Other furniture that I wont be taking with me can be bought cheaply if you wish, otherwise it's going on eBay!

The double room is at the front of the house on the first floor with two large south-east facing window.

The house has a communal living/TV area as well as a shared kitchen. As well as the main bathroom, there are also two toilet cubicle rooms. There is a small outdoor patio area. We are the end terrace house.

Bruce Grove station is a 1-minute walk away. Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale Victoria Line stations are both 15 minutes walk.

The house is on a road off the main high street. Aldi, Costa, Poundland, Iceland, Superdrug, Asda etc. are all 1-3 minutes away.

Currently occupied by three gay men and one non-binary queer person. Two people are currently spending lockdown elsewhere.
