Lovely house, bright double 10 min Seven Sisters

A lovely Victorian house is situated in a residential part of Tottenam, 10 minutes walk to Seven Sisters tube. There are excellent transport links around the house. Victoria line at Seven Sisters tube takes you to Kings Cross in 3 stops (10 min) or Oxford Street in 6 stops. There are lots of buses there too, and about 10-15 min from the house is Tottenam Hale where you can get a direct train to Stansted airport. A minute away from the house is a well stocked local shop and a lovely coffee shop selling fresh artisan bread. There is a big gym and swimming pool a few minutes from the house and a large Tesco right next to Seven Sisters tube.
The Victorian house is clean, light and bright, has an open plan kitchen/living room, two bathrooms and all the mod cons. There is a lovely garden great for those summer bbqs.
The room has a double bed, desk, chair, shelves, industrial rail and a big chest of drawers.
Four girls are currently living in the property, all professionals in their thirties. The house is quiet and respectful, the girls have their lives but sometimes hang out while cooking or watching TV.
We are looking for a clean, quiet, friendly tenant who likes to make and keep the house homely and is happy to take their share of keeping the house tidy. One month deposit is required.
