Beautiful Double in friendly, creative house

Looking for a fourth housemate to join friendly, creative house-share which I am moving out of to be closer to family. Great house and area to live in, with three parks just around the corner, 10 minutes walk from Turnpike Lane Station and 20 minutes walk from Seven Sisters. Room will be available by the 13th June - ideally looking for someone who can move soon.

The house has a lovely and large garden, a living room and guest room, and three bathrooms in total. The available room is furnished, has lots of storage, and faces the garden with beautiful views of Belmont Rec and Alexandra Palace. The nearest bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and is shared by one other person.

We are a photographer, curator and translator / educator of mixed nationalities and genders, and our interests include film, dancing, drawing, cycling, photography, history, tech, spending time in nature, and farming. Generally the vibe is quite relaxed and quiet during the day, as two of us partially work from home. We try to treat communal spaces and living in this pandemic with care, and we’d love to find a housemate who is kind, clean, respectful, creative, and fun. Also, anti-racist, queer-friendly and trans-affirming (no terfs or swerfs please).

Accessibility info: there is one step leading into the house, and about 12 steps leading up to the room on the first floor. Unfortunately, our landlord does not accept housing benefits.
