Lovely room to rent (Monday to Friday only)

Spare room available to rent on a part time basis from September to December, on a Monday to Friday basis),female preferred. It’s a lovely quiet, double room overlooking the garden, in my Victorian House in Bruce Grove /South Tottenham. It’s close (12 min walk ) to Seven Sisters tube (Victoria line) and Bruce Grove for overground (excellent access to City) . I can arrange parking, if needed.
I live with my little boy (7) and my cat so this has to be the right person for me (refs/background checks required). We wake early and go to bed fairly early too. But are easy going and friendly, albeit a little noisy at times! This would probably suit a hybrid worker, or NhS worker at North Mid looking for Monday to Friday room (or thereabouts) happy to consider short term lets or .just a couple of days per week. Looking for someone to be clean, tidy and considerate (someone in London for work ideally). I have a cleaner that does the house top to bottom fortnightly.
I work from home 3 days per week, I’m a TV professional.
We are next to some lovely parks and the river lea is nearby. As well as some nice, cafés, restaurants and bars. There’s a delicious artisan baker/specialty coffee shop at the bottom of the road. It’s 20-30 mins into central London.
