👋🏼 I have a double bedroom available for a professional who’s looking for a quiet but friendly environment to use as a base after their working day. Please note, I will be looking for someone who does not work from home.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just myself and my gorgeous, super friendly French bulldog (Atlas says hi!) so would need someone who’s dog friendly.

8 minutes walk to Bruce Grove station - (direct train to Liverpool Street in 20-25 minutes) 🙌🏼

Victoria line - just 1 stop away (13 minutes to Kings Cross)

You’ll have everything you need - a furnished double room with a bed, wardrobe and a desk (upon request), and a large window that looks out to the huge green garden.

The kitchen has a great space- washing machine, cooker, all the essentials and a place for you to sit and relax in the evenings.

I’m a professional myself, so completely understand how important it is to have somewhere you can unwind and relax after a days work 😅 I work in social media & filming so like to be creative and love socialising with my friends.

Move-in date would be 1 April 2024. I’d require 1 months rent upfront as well as £450 deposit which will be in a deposit protection scheme.
