Room available in 2-bed flat

Hello everyone!

There will be medium sized double room available in a bright 2 bedroom pet friendly flat for six months (May til October). The flat sits in Zone 3, Haringey/Tottenham with good access to the Piccadilly line (Turnpike Lane) and the Overground (Bruce Grove) with multiple buses running to Central London. The flat is in close proximity to Haringey Green Lanes (lots of restaurants and shops), Crouch End and Finsbury Park. There are also lots of green spaces and shops nearby too.

You’ll be living with my current lovely flatmate Nahla (she/her, 25) who works in finance. She’s up for socialising and being friends but also understands the need for personal space.

The flat is part furnished - with a dining table and sofa in the living room, and some essentials in the kitchen. You’re more than welcome to bring your own things too and make the place your own. Your room will come with shelves, clothes rail and bedside table - open to discussing selling bed and desk.


Accessibility:

There are approx 20 steps outdoors to the entrance of the flat. The interior of the flat is easily accessible with no steps inside. There is no entry system/intercom.

Rent/bills

The room is available from May til the end of October with rent at £825. (Move in day is flexible). Bills come up at about £140 each a month depending on usage - this includes water, council tax (Band B), electricity & gas.
