King Sized Room w/ Garden + Dog - Creative House!

Hello!

Welcome to Tottenham. Home of Spurs stadium and tasty chicken shops.

About the property: I am looking after a friend's house whilst she works abroad. The house is part of a 1960s terrace and has a small garden, nice-sized living-dining room (shared) and the room is a double room with a King-Sized bed. The house is opposite a graveyard and at the end of a quiet, no-through road, so it is generally very peaceful (unless Beyonce is playing at the stadium again!). All bills are included and we have Sky TV with Netflix, Apple TV etc. There's also a small study/office space downstairs you are welcome to use. The house is about a 5min walk from White Hart Lane station and there's a lovely park round the corner.

About the other tenant: Hi, I'm Martha. I am in my early thirties and I mostly work from home. I have a very sweet, elderly Jack Russell called Poppet and I work for UN Women. I also write comedy and run an education business. I like to give the house a good clean once a week and to keep the communal spaces tidy. I like the house to be calm and chill - I'm neurodiverse and have a chronic illness which causes fatigue so I like a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I am queer-friendly and have liberal politics. My work is quite intense so I like to make home a haven!

You are: nice! I'm looking for someone who likes dogs and the odd chat/cup of tea. Ideally, you'll be happy to chip in with some cleaning once a week and be considerate of noise levels. If you're into crafts/gardening, I have a craft room and the garden comes with a little potting shed you are welcome to use!
