I am pleased to offer a bright, spacious, unfurnished double room in leafy South Tottenham. It is 400 sq ft, 6.5mx5.6m, and contains a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

The space is a loft conversion, and would suit a single non-smoker looking for a self-contained living space. I am a live-in landlord with a 9 year old daughter, a cat and another lodger.

The house is between 2 lovely parks Downhills and Lordship Rec, a 10-15 min walk from Seven Sisters tube or Turnpike Lane (W4 bus at end of the road, or 230, 341, 41 nearby), or Bruce Grove overground station which runs into Hackney and Liverpool St.

Rent is £1100 incl bills.

I tend to work from home twice a week, I cook every night and at weekends we tend to be outdoors or away. We’re a quiet house (with far too much TV watching) and have friends over less than once a month.

We are looking for someone to move in from 2 months to a year or longer, preferably someone who doesn’t work from home more than twice a week, and who is moderately tidy and loves cats and children!

Please no smoking and no couples. Single parents with children are particularly welcome, with the possibility of an additional separate box room for the child.
