Large double bedroom near the Spurs Stadium

Hi all!

I’m looking for a flatmate from 21/11/2024. The flat is located very close to the Tottenham Spurs Stadium (very handy if you are attending a concert there!). It’s within 5 minutes’ walk to bus stops, small Sainsburys, Polish and Turkish supermarkets, chicken and kebab shop, cafes; 10 minutes’ walk to White Hart Lane or Bruce Grove Station and 15 minutes by bus to Seven Sisters Station.

It's a 1-bedroom flat (I have converted the living room into my bedroom, no shared living room) located on the ground floor of a block of flats in a gated mews. Majority of the residents, which are families, have been living here for the same time as me, nearly 10 years; we all know each other and keep a friendly relationship.

There is also a parking space available!

The flat is situated close to a train track, so you will hear fast trains every half an hour for a few seconds, from 6am to 11pm. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hoover and iron.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with storage and comfortable mattress, 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers, storage cabinet, armchair, desk, chair and blackout curtains. It is very spacious (16sqm) and bright.

A bit about me: I’m 42, single, Brazilian from Sao Paulo, 42 years old and I have been living in London for the past 15 years. I’m an architect and work from home almost daily. I’m very quiet and tend to keep to myself, but of course we can cook together sometimes and catch up on life.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate.
