To maintain a peaceful home for everyone, this is a no-visitors household. This means only the tenant living in the room may enter the property—no guests at any time.

We are a friendly household, but this is not a party house. Everyone works different hours and values a calm, quiet environment, so we keep noise to a minimum at all times.

The Room:

• Includes a new bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair
The House:
• Spacious kitchen/diner
• Your own fridge and cupboard space
• Shared washing machine and tumble dryer
• Cleaner for communal areas every 4 weeks

• Zone 3
• Close to Bruce Grove station (direct trains to Liverpool Street)
• Short walk to local shops, including Aldi

• Proof of earnings (e. g. bank statement or payslip)
