Room is decorated to a high standard In a large Victorian house., includes new bed/new wardrobe/Desk & chair

Large Kitchen/Diner - Your own fridge & cupboard with shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

It's a very friendly household just not very lively, the lodgers are aged between 50 to 65 ,that go out to work during the day and all enjoy a quiet house in the evening/ night.

Cleaner for communal areas visits once every 4 weeks.

Zone 3 -Close to Bruce grove train station from where trains run to Liverpool Street station and a short walk to shops Aldi etc
