Newly decorated room in a large Victorian house, suitable for one person only.

As everyone in the house works different hours, we try to keep the home quiet and comfortable for all lodgers . For that reason, we don’t have visitors or overnight guests.

We are a friendly household, but this is not a party house.

• Spacious kitchen/diner
• Your own fridge and cupboard space
• Shared washing machine and tumble dryer
• Cleaner for communal areas every 4 weeks

• Close to Bruce Grove station (direct trains to Liverpool Street)
• Short walk to local shops, including Aldi
