Just to let you know, the room is for one person only. To keep the house quite for everyone, we have agreed no-visitors —this simply means that only the person renting the room comes into the house (no guests at any time).
We are all friendly , but we definitely do want a party house. Everyone here works different hours and sleeps at different times, so we try to keep the house quiet and peaceful at all times.

Large Kitchen/Diner - Your own fridge & cupboard with shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cleaner for communal areas visits once every 4 weeks.

Zone 3 -Close to Bruce grove train station from where trains run to Liverpool Street station and a short walk to shops Aldi etc
