6 week sublet double room in Tottenham

We have a short sublet coming up in our 3 bed Victoria in the heart of Tottenham (can be flexible on stay).

Room comes completely furnished with a king size eve memory foam mattress and storage space too. There isn’t a desk in the room but on can be added if necessary. There is a separate study/office room which has desk space for 2 people and is available to use as well.

Living room / dining area is open plan with lots of space to hang out, kitchen is big with table to eat at too.

The house has access to a sizeable garden south facing garden with a bbq and seat swing which provides really nice sun and tranquility throughout the summer

House is really well connected:
12 min walk to Bruce grove station
12 min walk to White hart lane station
8 min walk to Northumberland park station
10 min bus to Seven Sisters

You’ll be sharing with a couple in there 30’s, who have been here for 2 years. Whilst it’s a short term let (roughly 6 weeks) we’d really like the person to feel it’s their home as much as possible and treat it as so: friends are always welcome round and we try to share a house meal every now and then :)

No real requirements apart from reference/s from previous place and min age is 25. (Goes without saying: tidy, respectful, considerate etc.) We are a LGBTQ+ friendly house.
