Room to rent with 3 days dog-sitting per week

My lovely dog Pheobe is older, deaf, and doesn't like to be left alone. Over the course of the summer, I would like to exchange cheap London accomodations for dog-care while I go to work (3 days a week) and for a whole week at the end of July and again at the end of August for specific commitments.

I will be preferential to students and travellers, rather than people looking for solutions to long-term housing problems. Also, the person should be experienced with and comfortable with dogs! Finally, they should have good communication skills since they'll be looking after my dog and we'll need figure out scheduling, whether she's healthy, etc.

The flat is 15-20min from the Victoria Line and 10min from the Bruce Grove Overground- can be in central London in 30min. Next to a local park. Quiet residential neighbourhood 5min from local pubs and the high street. The Victoria, the Bluecoat, and the Antwerp Arms are delightful pubs with pub quizzes, delicious food, and live music.

The flat has a modern kitchen (with microwave, small dishwasher, clothes washing machine, induction stove, oven, toaster and coffee maker) . The living room converts to a spare room (the one I'm renting) with a queen size memory foam pull out couch, a sitting table, and space/shelves to store personal things. There is also a study & a small bedroom which is my personal space. The water tank is a bit on the small side, though, so ability to take short showers is a must. Finally, there is a large garden in which to enjoy the early summer sun! By then some of the flowers and small wildflower plot I’ve planted should be blooming.

I have a challenging job, so am not very social during the week, but often go out on the weekends to enjoy London life. I enjoy burning events, festivals, and 'rave' style club nights. I also take Pheobe out for more 'family-friendly' markets & events at the weekends. I'd be happy to have a flatmate that goes to similar events or just wants to enjoy the occasional drink at the pub with me.

300 GBP is all-inclusive (wifi, bils, council tax) with the guarentee of 3 days a week (plus specific dates in July or August if staying during that time) of dog-sitting. Which working days can be flexible.
