Description
Hi there,
I'm looking for a young professional (25-30) to lodge in a double bedroom in my 2 bed flat. The flat is a stone's throw away from Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium.
Ideally looking for someone that doesn’t work from home full-time, is around my age, and who would like to make the flat their home in London.
To save us both time, but please only get in touch if:
- You can prove your right to rent in the UK
- You are in full-time employment
- Have read the below properly and think this is a good match.
Happy to answer any questions. If you get in touch, please tell me a bit about yourself.
Location:
30 min walk or 13 min bus (there are loads) to Seven Sisters
10 min walk to White Hart Overground
12 min walk to Bruce Grove Overground
Climbing: 28 mins on a bus to the Castle and 24 mins on a bus (30 min walk) to Stronghold Tottenham
Rent: £650
Bills: approx £160 (council tax, gas/electricity, water, Wifi, Contents insurance)
Deposit £650
Council tax band: B
Food:
Right around the corner are a Sainsbury’s Local, a Polish food store, an international food store and an organic cafe/ wholefoods shop.
Aldi - 8 mins walk
ASDA - 11 mins
Big Sainsbury's/Argos - 14 mins walk
Tottenham Retail Park - 26 min walk or bus
The flat:
The kitchen is compact, but big enough to play music and dance it out in. I’m a pescatarian, so vegetarians/vegans or pescatarians only.
The bedroom room is very light and partially furnished. I’m exploring some open wardrobe storage options. Within reason (nothing outlandish!), the room would be yours to decorate and furnish how you’d like.
The living room is also very light. More plants and bookshelves to be added, as well as a sofa, rugs, lamps, wall art, a coffee table and some sort of projector screen.
No garden, but I have access to outdoor space (I’ll explain…)
Who you’d be living with:
I’m 26, female and grew up in Malaysia, Laos and Philippines before moving back to the UK for uni. I work in book publishing. I love bouldering, crochet/knitting, yoga and other wholesome pursuits like hiking/ walking, learning Spanish, hosting dinner parties, games nights, volunteering, and going to the theatre, museums, exhibitions or markets.
I would love to live with someone I get on with and who is happy to make this flat their home. I’m an ambivert, so while social, I like my own space too.
