Hello!

I’m moving out of my lovely home in Tottenham and looking for a housemate to replace me on the existing contact.

The room on offer is a light and spacious double bedroom at the top of the house. There’s two built-in wardrobes and plenty of storage in the eaves, which are yours to use exclusively. You’ll also have a private bathroom with shower.

It’s a four bedroom house, but you’ll only be sharing with two other people who are fun and easy going, Brad a hair stylist and Maanya a journalist. We like to hang out together for a BBQ or drink, but we’re also happy to do our own thing.

There’s plenty of space in the house so we never get on top of each other. And if you’re a keen grower or like to be outside with a glass of wine, then we’ve got a perfect garden for you.

Our nearest station in Seven Sisters (Victoria line / overland) and there are great bus links in the area. There’s an excellent pub at the bottom of the road, a couple of parks nearby and plenty of great Latin American, Ethiopian and pizza restaurants too.

We’re a relaxed and open-minded household who like to keep our space clean and tidy and we’re looking for someone who shares those qualities.

IMPORTANT:

- The room is available now (although I can be flexible on moving in date). The contract is until the end of December with the possibility to renew after that date.

- You’ll need to pass referencing, be in full time employment and earn 2.5 times the rent (i. e. £25.5k or above).

- Due to contractual reasons, we can’t consider couples or pets, sorry!
