My flat mate is moving out of our 2 bed 2 bath flat so I need to replace her. The tenancy would start for the 27th of September but need someone to have gone through referencing ASAP!

Rent is £1000 each per month and bills come to around £150 per month. You will have your own bathroom!
The flat is furnished but your room comes unfurnished! I have attached photos of just the room that is available and the bathroom that would be yours:)

Transport:
- The underground stations are Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale which is the Victoria line and it gets you anywhere really quick. You can be in central in 10 minutes.
- There is also the overground Bruce grove and white hart lane which gets you to Liverpool Street in 20 minutes.
- Buses every couple minutes to take you to central, Hackney and Waterloo and Enfield.

You have Aldi which is a 2 min walk and Asda which is a 5 minute walk. Loads of food places on the high street and a gym right next to the Aldi.

I am a 22 year old professional so would love to live with someone of similar age in their 20’s who is clean and tidy!
