We are on the lookout for a new housemate to share our lovely abode with us for the month of July until end of August. Our cozy household consists of 3 gentlemen (including a couple) and 1 lady.
Our charming house boasts 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 2 toilets. Additionally, we have a separate kitchen, dining area, and lounge room. Not to mention, we are fortunate to have a spacious backyard and garden where you can savor a delightful cup of tea under the morning sun (whenever it decides to make an appearance). The rent for the room is £700, excluding bills which typically range from £70-100 at most.
The room comes partially furnished with a chest of drawers, bed frame, and cupboard for your convenience. Our location is well-connected, offering various transportation options such as Bus, Tube, overground, and trains to outer London (including easy access to Stansted airport). Furthermore, we are in close proximity to Sainsbury's, Argos (10-minute walk), Aldi (15-minute walk), and a retail park with TK Maxx, Lidl, Asda, Curry's, and more. Not to forget the abundance of charming pubs in the area. You can find us in N17.
