Hey everyone!
I have a room available in a two bedroom Victorian Terrace house and am looking for a housemate.
THE HOUSE
Two story fully furnished terrace house on a quiet tree lined street. The house has a living room, dining room, decent sized kitchen (with washer) that goes out onto the south facing garden and large 70’s style bathroom with separate shower/bath. The bathroom would be shared and is located on the 2nd floor as well as the two bedrooms.
LOCATION
The house is an 8 minute walk to Bruce Grove Overground (less than 10 mins to Stoke Newington and 15 mins to London Fields) which is located on the high street. There are lots of local shops and mini supermarkets.
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is a 10 min walk.
Tottenham Hale Underground Station is a 15 min walk, super convenient for travelling Central, Stansted Airport, London Liverpool Street or Westfield Stratford City.
Bruce Castle Park is a 15 min walk.
Well connected area with ample bus routes.
ROOM
The bedroom is a medium sized double with a window looking onto the garden. The room is unfurnished.

Moved to the area over a year ago and before that lived in Hackney for over 12 years. Wanted to live in a quieter area with more space! Originally from Australia and work as a Freelance Events Producer. Love music, food and being outdoors. Always up for a great night out or a chilled night in. Currently learning Italian in my spare time and love travelling there as much as possible.
Sociable and like hosting the odd dinner party and having friends around on the weekends. Enjoy having cosy chats in the week but am also independent and like to do my own thing. Looking for someone who's keen to slot into that vibe and would be looking to treat the place as a home.
ABOUT YOU
Interested in getting someone in the house that will contribute to the communal vibe and likes the general aesthetic/style of the house. Someone who is considerate, tidy, friendly with a positive attitude would be a great fit!
If you’re environmentally conscientious and like a good house plant or two, then that’s a bonus!

Deposit - £1,038.46
Admin Fee - £60
Bills, Council Tax not included but usually come to around £140 per month (less in summer months)
Happy to share the household cleaning, alternatively we could get a fortnightly cleaner.
