Large room available in Tottenham

The house is just south of the Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Four buses run south to Seven Sisters tube station (Victoria line) and between the house and the tube station is Bruce Grove overground station where trains run down to Liverpool Street.

The room is on the top floor where you would share a bathroom with one housemate. The other 2 housemates are on the floor below. On the ground floor is the lounge and kitchen area. There is no garden.

On top of the £650 rent there are monthly charges of £65 per person for Council Tax and £17.62 for water - these are both fixed charges. The last bill is for the Broadband/Gas/Electricity combined and varies each month depending on how much we use. The Broadband is a fixed £25 and for example the last bill was £211.52 (£52.88)
