We're Jamie (36) and Graeme (35), a gay couple living in Bruce Grove in the heart of Tottenham, and we're looking for a lodger to come and live in our 4-bedroom end-terrace house.
We can offer a double bedroom and exclusive use of adjacent shower-room (plus, if desirable, a small study) on the top floor*. Following a recent renovation, the top floor of our house would make a comfortable home for a lodger.
Bills, Council Tax and cleaner (fortnightly) included. Bike storage available.
(*For any musicians/music students: we also have an upright piano, as well as a digital piano, and could offer a further room [not pictured] as a practice space.)
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly but independent (we're both busy with demanding jobs)
- Clean, tidy and conscientious
- LGBTQ+ friendly
Nearby transport links include: 5min walk to Bruce Grove overground station (22mins into Liverpool Street); 15min walk to Tottenham Hale (Victoria tube line; and national rail); 20min walk to Seven Sisters (also Victoria line).
Nearby shops & amenities include: Asda & Aldi on the High Road; Lidl & Boots at the Tottenham Hale Retail Park; several gyms; various cafes, restaurants, pubs, breweries etc.
