We have a furnished double room available from the end of October. Located on Philip Lane, there is easy access to both the Victoria and Piccadilly tube lines, with both being a 20 minute walk or 10 minutes bus journey away.
You'll be moving in with two other friendly flatmates, one female, one male and a dog!
The flat is on the ground floor, meaning we have full access to the garden, which is perfect for hosting BBQ's in the summer.
The room includes a double bed, clothes rail, desk, chair and bedside table.
Bills are an additional £175 per month.
We would prefer a female to take oner the room, however we are also open to guys, if you're clean and tidy :)
