Double Room in Tottenham - bills included

We are Tom and Charlotte, both 30, looking for a like-minded housemate to live in our spare room. We would prefer short-term lets (between 1-6 months).

We recently renovated our 3 bed house and have a double room to let. This property has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a small garden. The communal areas are regularly cleaned by a cleaner. The room is mostly furnished, with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The room also has a key so you can keep it locked if you prefer.

We both work in the public sector and while I am in the office everyday for work, Charlotte tends to go in two or three times per week. Charlotte uses the third box room as her office. I'm interested in music and cooking, while Charlotte enjoys reading and cycling. We tend to be out a couple of nights per week socialising, but also enjoy a chill night in

We're keen to find someone like-minded who is up for a chat in the evening, but also considerate and respectful of the space. We like to have our friends and family round for dinners and to hang out, but also enjoy the house being calm and quiet. We would welcome your friends and partners, but we are not a party house.
