We are looking for one person to join our current household in this 3 bedroom flat located in Tottenham.
We are Mona (21, F) and Zar (24, M). Both studying in London. We are quiet, respectable and we keep our spaces clean. Both enjoy having a night in or going out for a drink but we also like having some time to ourselves and we are looking for someone who is the same. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen and a separate living room. The flat gets quite a bit of sunlight and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet. Short walking distance to local supermarkets and local pubs, cafes, restaurants. Tottenham hale and Seven Sisters stations are a short walk away. The flat is located on the third level and unfortunately there is no elevator in the building.
The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe. The current tenant is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy. 1 months rent upfront + 5 weeks deposit.
Bills are around £50 per month (includes water, electricity/gas and wifi).
