Double Room Shared Flat Tottenham Short Let £700pm

My housemates and I are looking for one person to rent a room for 3 months, from the end of October/start of November to end of next January while I’m away for work. We are in a 4 bedroom terraced house close to Seven Sisters and Bruce Grove station in Tottenham (Haringey, council tax band is D). The room is a very spacious bright double on the first floor, with large windows looking onto the quiet road outside. The room comes furnished, with a double bed mattress (no bed frame), desk, wardrobe and shelves. The house has a living room with workspace, a very spacious kitchen with dining table, a bathroom with shower/bath, and a large backyard garden with a shed! 10-15 minutes walk to Bruce Grove overground station (Liverpool Street line) or to Seven Sisters station (Victoria line). There are many shops and supermarkets in the nearby area, easy access to Downhills Park, Walthamstow Wetlands and canal walks. Lots of nice parks, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and brewery taprooms nearby. The house rent is current £730 pcm, plus bills (water, gas/elec, internet) and council tax, which totals to around £80 monthly, the rent is negotiable depending on your length of stay etc. Deposit is one month rent.

The house is LGBTQ+ friendly, house members are in their 30s and are academics/ creatives, looking for someone 27+, clean, and respectful. There is also a cat called Biscuit.
