hey, our housemate is sadly moving out as she's moving back to australia (cries eternally). anyway, we’re looking for someone to move in between the 25th of november and the 10th of december.

our flat is located in bruce grove tottenham- highlights of tottenham include the waterside cafe & tottenham marshes, roller discos at rollernation and our flat when we make a roast and host a games night.

transport links:
quick overground or bus journey to hackney/dalston/stoke newington
easy access to the victoria line via seven sisters or tottenham hale
20 minute overground to liverpool street

rent is £766.66 excl. bills. bills come to about £100 a month each.

you'll be moving in with me (maddie) and lola.
we met 2 ish years ago when we randomly moved in together (along with the housemate who is moving out) and we’ve made a whole load of besties in london together and separately, we like to do things together and with friends, mainly on weekends, as lola sometimes works evenings. but i’m always down for an evening tv show/movie, class, or trip to the pub on weeknights

what we’re looking for:
- a bestie to hang out with, not just someone who lives with us
- someone who works 9-5 (or there abouts)
- someone fun and sociable, a yapper ideally
- the basics: someone clean, respectful housemate vibes etc.
