Your new home (£450 rent!)

We’re excited to welcome a new housemate to our lovely home!

We’re a friendly trio—two girls (she/her) and one guy (gay he/him)—seeking someone to take over our room on the first floor, complete with a cozy double bed. Rent is just
£450, with bills averaging around £100 (plus or minus £50). It’s a great deal, and you’ll be living with us!

A bit about us: we love being social, enjoying movies and TV shows together, but we also value personal time. If you need a quiet moment, just let us know—we totally understand! We all have different jobs, so you won’t have to worry about the bathroom being occupied; there are two!

You’ll have your own room, plus access to our inviting living and dining rooms, ensuring plenty of shared and private space. We love having guests over, so feel free to invite friends or partners—just give us a heads-up, and we’ll be happy to welcome them!

We will be doing viewings on or after the 3rd of November!
