Bright and Green Room

Hello everyone ☺️

We have a room available in our 4 bedroom house! (from the 12th of December)

Ground floor furnished double bedroom (single occupant) available from the 11–12-2024.

Unfortunately, there are stairs so not accessible for wheelchair users.

We are looking for generous, friendly, and tidy people, who want to join our queer household. Ideally working full time outside, not really WFH. They must be comfortable around dogs as we have a little visitor sometimes!

You will be living with two queer Italians: Carlo and Giancarlo (me).

The house has a garden and a spacious living room (see photos attached).

We're in Tottenham (N17), 2-5 mins walk from Bruce Grove Station (Overground), 10-15 mins walk to Tottenham Hale or Seven sister (Victoria line).

There are various close by shops including ASDA, ALDI, ICELAND, POUNDLAND and SUPERDRUG (all around 5-6 minutes walk). WE ALSO HAVE A 24/7 off-licence less than 5 minutes walk away.

At times, we love to host dinners, feast in the garden, and have movie nights. However, we do all work during the week and tend to be quiet most weekdays.

MAIN DETAILS:

→ Room (1) is £750 PCM + Bills (internet, council, water, electricity and gas)

→ official contract with landlord/agency will be signed from Jan 2025, the month of December will be sublet.

→ we do require formal reference systems or documents

→ we will chat on here first, then host a video interview, then invite you for a viewing

→ £550 deposit
